Role & responsibilities - Network Engineer Total Experience- 8to 12 years Location - Hyderabad & Bangalore only Job description: Strong hands-on experience with the configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (APs). Cisco Prime Infrastructure / DNA Center Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, 802.1X authentication Deep understanding of: Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types) Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet. Manage installation of the new Wireless Access Points (Cisco) Manage Wireless LAN technical issues through resolution Identify and implement improvements to enhance wireless network performance Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Cisco WLCs. ITIL Certification. Technical Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise Wireless, Cisco CWNA/CWNP and Ekahau ESS Certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to lead during critical incidents.
