6+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development Pega CSSA certification (mandatory) Strong knowledge of Pega rules: activities, flows, data transforms, UI rules, declaratives Experience in integrations (SOAP/REST), case management, and Decisioning Good understanding of Pega guardrails, best practices and performance tuning Familiarity with Agile methodology, Pega deployment, versioning, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts
