Performance Engineering (Load Runner)

Must Have Understanding of Performance Testing best practices and has 5+ years of work experience in performance testing using LoadRunner Understanding test planning, script execution and maintenance Perform assigned testing as per the Test Plan; document and report all discovered problems Create and execute performance tests for revised applications Maintain records of all application testing; prepare reports summarizing testing results and where SLAs were broken Collaborate with developers and users to optimize testing, defect isolation, and defect tracking Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of IT management, offshore teams and business users is required Candidate must have strong analytical and problem management skills to be able to resolve issues as they arise in the testing environments Candidate should has monitoring tool experience (Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics...) Other skill-sets that would be useful are prior experience in banking domain Exposure to Java, .Net technologies, web services and middle tier applications
