Roles and Responsibilities : Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Lightning components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software products on time. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines throughout the development process. Troubleshoot complex issues related to Salesforce platform configuration, customizations, and integrations. Job Requirements : 6-16 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Lightning components. Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL queries for querying data from Salesforce database. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab for continuous integration and deployment. Experience with asynchronous Apex classes and triggers for business logic execution. Salesforce Developer (x2) – Apex/LWC Overview: Develop high-quality Salesforce components across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations in line with technical designs. Key Responsibilities: - Build Apex classes, LWC, Flows - Implement API integrations and Platform Events - Write unit tests (85% coverage) - Support UAT, defect fixes, deployments Skills & Experience: - 3–6 years Salesforce development - Apex, LWC, SOQL, DevOps tooling Certifications: - PD1 mandatory Technical Lead – Salesforce Engineering Overview: Lead technical design and engineering across Apex, LWC, integrations, and DevOps for the Salesforce/Agentforce implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Translate architecture into technical design - Oversee developers, code reviews, standards - Build complex Apex/LWC and integrations - Establish CI/CD and test automation patterns Skills & Experience: - 7–10 years Salesforce development - Strong Apex, LWC, API/event integration - Hands-on CI/CD (Copado/GitHub Actions) Certifications: - PD1 mandatory, PD2 preferred Start Date: 6 Apr 2026 Location: Sydney or AU Remote
