Senior Salesforce Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

● 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

● Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform development

● Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

● Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations

● Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance

● Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

● Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce

● Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud.

● Develop integrations, support data migration, and implement scalable platform solutions.

● Follow Salesforce best practices for code quality, security, DevOps, and governance.

● Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, QA, and business teams in Agile delivery.

● Mentor junior developers and leverage AI tools to improve development productivity.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
