Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers.

Architect, design, and implement scalable Snowflake data warehouse solutions.

Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Build reporting and analytical data models supporting Contact Center operations.

Drive best practices around development, performance tuning, data governance, and security.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Support production deployments, incident resolution, and performance optimization.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and product owners.

Provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
