Role: ServiceNow developer Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune Experience: 5-10 years Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog Workflow / Flow Designer / Integration Hub Knowledge of ACLs, scripting, UI policies, client scripts ✅ Secondary Skills: Integration using REST/SOAP CMDB & Asset Management ITOM basics (Discovery, Event Management – good to have) Reporting & dashboards in ServiceNow HTML/CSS (UI customization)
