Hiring Location-Bangalore ,Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bhubhaneshwar, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Chennai Exp Range- 5 to 10 Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Current ServiceNow certification is mandatory. ServiceNow HRSD experience is required. Experience in system integration. Experience with integration between ServiceNow and Workday is desirable. Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery Competent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apply the fundamentals of Change Management throughout the delivery lifecycle Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings in a meaningful way Good-to-Have Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Demonstrated application of Risk Management fundamentals ITIL & HRSD implantation certification is desirable Strong interpersonal skills SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Work closely with developers, product and process owners to meet NAB's evolving requirements and to manage hotfixes, patches and feature releases successfully into production. 2 Implement and maintain integrations in ServiceNow. The successful applicant will work closely with Service Owners and product and process owners to maximise value and to ensure that NAB requirements are met on an ongoing basis. 3 Maintain and enhance the service catalogue and service portal for HRSD. The successful applicant will lead and facilitate the configuration of workflows, business rules, scripting, business applications 4 Providing technical expertise, configuration, testing and implementation of changes within HRSD 5 Validating functionality and performance of new development projects within the organisation's systems. 6 Diagnosing and solving technical issues that may arise during the development life cycle.
