About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications Experience: 5 – 13 Years Locations: Delhi Walkin Drive date: 8th August 26 (Saturday) Responsibilities Develop and customize HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integration Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, and Flow Designer workflow Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and AC I ntegrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices adherence Required Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Hands-on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting & platform development Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Port Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred Preferred Skills ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred Thanks & Regards
