Role: IBM Datapower & APIGEE Admin Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years Job Description: ServiceNow Integration: Configure & customize core ITSM applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. Implement SLAs, notifications, service catalogue items, and request workflows. Improve process automation and drive ITILaligned practices. Troubleshoot ITSM defects and optimize performance. ServiceNow Integrations Design and build integrations using REST APIs / SOAP MID Server-based integrations Integration Hub / Spokes Integrate ServiceNow with 3rdparty tools Build Scripted REST APIs, transform maps, and data loads.
