Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems (e.g., SCCM, Active Directory, discovery tools). Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the CMDB and asset repositories. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for ITAM solutions. Thanks & Regards Sithara S Prasad
