Role: ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM) Experience: 5 to 12yrs Location: TCS-Yamuna Tower VI, Assotech Business Cresterra, Plot No.22, Noida-Greater Noida Expy, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304 Mode of Interview: Walk in Drive Date of Interview: 18th July, 2026 Responsibilitie Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred) . Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model . Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) . Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management . Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices .
