Job Title- ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location - Noida Experience Required - 5 to 13 Years Required Skill Set ServiceNow IT OMCMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Job Summary We are seeking a skill ed ServiceNow ITOM Develo per with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules, includi ng CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and C SDM. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical development skills, infrastructure knowledge, integration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with application and infrastructure teams Key Responsibilities ServiceNow ITOM Development Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB capabilities. Configure and manage MID Servers. Customize and develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Patterns, Probes, and Sensors. Build and maintain Service Maps by collaborating with application teams. Discovery & CMDB Management Configure Discovery Schedules and troubleshoot discovery-related issues. Implement Cloud Discovery and Tag-Based Discovery. Maintain CMDB health and data integrity. Configure and customize Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience w ith ServiceNow ITOM S uite Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDBCSDM Strong ServiceNow platform development experience. JavaScript Power Shell Unix Shell Scripting Windows Scripting Windows/Linux/Unix Administration Infrastructure Components (Servers, Storage, Networks) Monitoring Tools Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
