ServiceNow Now Assist, Moveworks
Roles & Responsibilities
• Good exposure on ServiceNow AI platform, Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Moveworks AI Assistant,Predictive intelligence and workflow data fabric.
• Identify and prioritize AI / agentic use cases across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations
• Define architecture and decision framework for: Now Assist vs Predictive Intelligence vs Moveworks
• Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution
• Drive implementation of: AI-assisted and autonomous workflows, Knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation
• Establish AI operating model and governance (intake, lifecycle, risk, compliance, support)
Salary Range: $130,000- $150,000 a year
