Hands-on expertise in: Demand Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Resource Management Agile Development / SAFe Investment Funding & Cost Planning Strategic Planning Workspace Experience in ServiceNow platform development: Business Rules Client Scripts Flow Designer Script Includes ACLs Integrations Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB. Experience with Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics is preferred. Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities: Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules. Develop and customize workflows, forms, and automations. Build reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights. Integrate SPM with enterprise applications and ServiceNow modules. Support enhancements, upgrades, and stakeholder requirements. Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
