Snowflake Platform Engineer

Snowflake Platform Engineer(Snowflake Admin + Azure DevOps + Terraform)

• We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Platform Engineer as part of the Platform Engineering team. The role focuses on Snowflake administration, security, performance optimization, automation, and CI/CD integration within cloud environments (Azure/AWS)

• Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Snowflake infrastructure, performance, and security policies (RBAC, encryption) and audit controls.

• Optimize warehouse usage, storage, and query performance.

• Automate platform management using Terraform, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Develop Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with Terraform.

• Ensure cost monitoring, governance, and compliance.

• Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and platform integration with cloud services (Azure and AWS both)

• Required Skills:

• 10-13 years of overall data warehouse development/administration experience, with recent 3 years of experience in Snowflake.

• Strong SQL, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, and cloud (Azure/AWS) expertise.

• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines or similar technology.

• Strong understanding of Snowflake Architecture including RBAC, cost optimization, and security best practices.

• Preferred:

• Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification.

• Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect Certification

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
