TCS hiring for Network Juniper & Aruba Location: Bangalore experience: 6 + years Must Have: 1. Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches 2. Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures 3. Knowledge in Aruba Wireless 4. Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks 5. Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment 6. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs 7. Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating run books, SOPs etc. 8. Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.) 9. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills as the candidate needs to work with Architects, Service Owners, Business Leaders and other technical teams 10. Should be a team player and have ability to train L2 and L1 resources 11. Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL)
