Job Title: NLP Engineer (36 Years Experience) Experience: 3–6 Years Role Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced NLP Engineer to develop, optimize, and refine Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with text processing, transformer-based models, conversational AI frameworks, semantic search technologies, and modern LLM ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Perform text preprocessing, cleaning, feature extraction, and linguistic analysis using NLP frameworks. Develop and fine-tune transformer-based models for tasks such as intent classification, text understanding, and information extraction. Build and optimize conversational AI solutions and intelligent assistants. Design and implement semantic search and retrieval systems. Apply linguistic principles including grammar, syntax, semantics, and context understanding to improve model performance. Evaluate, optimize, and deploy NLP models for production environments. Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
