Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Configure risk assessments, control testing, policy lifecycle, and issue management workflows Customize using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure data integrity, compliance tracking, and reporting dashboards Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable GRC solutions Required Skills: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Experience with workflow automation and Flow Designer Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CISGRC preferred)
