Role & responsibilities Experience in Network Design, Implementation and support Responsible for creating High level Network design, Low level design, Implementation Plan, migration plan, testing plan for the new projects. Expertise knowledge in Cisco Products ( Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points, Cisco ASA) and Palo Alto firewalls Update the Network devices into the ITSM & Monitoring Tools for management and monitoring and Solar Winds administration Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing the Network issues (Priority Low to Critical) Work collaboratively with Customer L3 team and TCS internal towers to identify and fix complex issues Participate in MIM (Major Incident Management) Calls and provide solution/ update on a timely manner Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
