Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno Functional Lead role with strong hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have good technical & functional knowledge, and proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This role involves Enhance dashboard management, Salesforce advanced administration knowledge, solution architecture support, complex custom development, integrations, performance optimization, and technical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite-Offshore Co-ordination, Mentorship and Trainings
SMEs, Business and Client meetings
Enhancement dashboard management
Project/Production Support Activities (Sustainment/CD)
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Risk/Issues/Triage Management and Strategies
Salesforce Cloud Expertise Required
