About the role
As a System Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end architecture and delivery of core silicon platforms and complex electronic systems. With over 15 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in hardware-software co-design, semiconductor technologies, and product lifecycle management to drive scalable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions aligned with our business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own system architecture for silicon platforms, setting design standards and technical guidelines. - Act as Technical Product Owner, translating business needs into architecture and feature roadmaps. - Drive platform technology roadmap in collaboration with product and leadership teams. - Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical engineering. - Ensure seamless system integration and resolve cross-domain technical challenges. - Oversee BOM decisions, optimizing component selection for cost, quality, and performance. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and manufacturing standards (DFx/DFM). - Guide product validation, certification, and complex issue troubleshooting. - Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and progress to stakeholders effectively. - Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and scalable platform evolution. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in SoC/silicon platform architecture and complex hardware-software system design. - Strong background in embedded systems, microprocessors, and co-design principles. - Experience with product lifecycle, BOM management, and EMS industry standards. - Familiarity with AI/ML, IoT, 5G, cloud, and modern semiconductor trends. - Proficiency in system modeling tools, architecture frameworks, and EDA tools. - Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution. - Strategic thinking with a focus on roadmap planning, risk management, and innovation. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it would be advantageous if you have experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environments, exposure to PLM tools for requirements, BOM, and workflow tracking, willingness to travel for vendor, partner, and project coordination, and proven ability to mentor teams and drive organizational alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
