Technical Program Manager - Hardware Engineering

Role Overview: The Program Manager Electronics Hardware Delivery will lead endtoend execution of hardware programs within an EMS environment, acting as the primary bridge between customers and crossfunctional internal teams. You will ensure that product design, development, NPI, and mass production meet customer expectations on quality, cost, and schedule while driving strong coordination, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Strong electronics/hardware engineering background with experience across design, prototyping, NPI, and highvolume manufacturing. - Proficiency in DFM principles, validation processes, hardware testing, and reliability standards. - Deep understanding of EMS operations (PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, quality control). - Skilled in BOM management, PLM/ERP systems, change management, and standard industry design rules. - Expertise in project management tools (MS Project or equivalent), documentation, planning, and risk management. - Ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and stakeholderready documentation using MS Office tools.
