Data Scientist and AI SpecialistLocation: Mumbai, Work from Office. Education & ExperienceBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; or MBA with a Bachelors in one of the above fields.25 years of experience in data analytics companies, focused on data science with exposure to business data warehousing, data consumption, and data analysis.Experience using Generative AI or large language models in analytics within a consumer (B2C) environment, preferably in Retail or ecommerce.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist and AI Specialist to join our data science team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and machine learning, and recent handson projects delivered leveraging large language models. The incumbent will play a key role in building datadriven solutions that drive business decisions and impact. ResponsibilitiesPart of the Customer Analytics team as an individual contributor, focusing on customer analytics.Work with data to help clients make better business decisions.Draw conclusions from data to describe, predict, and improve business performance using techniques from multiple disciplines.Develop and maintain analytics solutions and visualizations to support global digital adoption and experience strategies.QualificationsStrong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and large language model integration.Understanding of customer analytics and consumer behavior.Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
