Strategic Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications Ensure accuracy and timeliness of material accounting Operational Execution of tasks vis- -vis schedule Co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors Monitor in-process quality of various tasks and escalate issues as necessary Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications Test materials, such as cement, concrete, steel, door frames etc, as per IS/ BS codes, as relevant Receive, inspect and issue materials (cement and steel) at site with necessary documentation such as GR Notes and Material Issue Notes Assist site accountant in material accounting Developmental Keep abreast of developments in the area
