Location of Posting: Jharkhand/ Odisha/ Panjab Employment Type: Contractual (Third Party Contract) Purpose of the Role: As a Data Analyst at TSF, you will collect, analyze, and disseminate data and information related to our programmes, thereby enabling informed decision-making and impact measurement. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for using data to drive positive change. Key Deliverables: Develop data collection systems for the different programmes and ensure timely data collection. Manage, organize, and maintain databases. Conduct regular data audits and visit the field to identify and address data quality issues or discrepancies and ensure the veracity of data. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations, Conduct data analysis in regular basis to present findings and insight to stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and presentations, in collaboration with programme teams. Provide training and support to programme staff in data management and report generation. Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, as per security regulations and policies of TSF. Support internal and external audits related to data management and reporting. Minimum Qualification: bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Work experience in years: 2-5 Years (Candidates with working experience in the development sector will be given preference) Technical Skill Sets: Proven experience in data management, coordination, reporting, and analysis. Experience in the development sector / CSR data management is preferred. Expertise in MS Excel, including data cleaning, advanced pivot, Power Query, macro, Visual Basic, statistical analysis, inter alia. Proficiency in MIS software applications, databases, and statistical software (e.g. SPSS) is desirable. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
