Role Design Development Industry Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Auto Components Desired Qualities 1 Thourogh Knowledge CATIA 2 knowledge GDT, Stack Up analysis 3 Knowledge DFMEA/DVP 4 Thorough domain knowledge In depth analysis capability 5 Thourogh Knowledge PLM - Team Center 6 Excellent communications Presentation skills 7 Good interpersonal skills. 8 Good team member. 9 Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions 10 participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) 11 Product design 12 Feasibility study, Process technology benchmarking Responsibilities 1 Product design, development validation 2 CAD preparation, TPL creation, DML releases 3 DCR creation along with change part list 4 Benchmarking Tear-down 5 Cost reduction cost management 6 Added advantage if having knowledge of spot welding (AB3) 7 Manage a team of engineers
