Tools - LS-DYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer and D3PLOT, Altair Hyper Works, Working knowledge on Teamcenter/ 3D Experience,, Exp – 6 + Education -Bachelors/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Detailed JD · The CAE engineer will be responsible for carrying out upper interior head impact analysis and model build. · Creation of CAE Models [ system level/ BIW / Full vehicle]. · Ability to model / Debug upper IHI / FMVSS 201U models using primer. · Ability to integrate upper trims and headliners into vehicle environment. · Ability to run CAE upper IHI/FMVSS 201U analysis in LS-dyna, summarize results and feedback conclusion to customers In an efficient manner. · Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles
