About the role
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled FEA Non-Linear Thermal Analysis Engineer with expertise in HyperWorks (HyperMesh HyperView), Abaqus, and Thermal Load Analysis to join our engineering team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality finite element models, performing non-linear thermal and structural simulations, and delivering engineering solutions for automotive components, preferably within exhaust and powertrain systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in meshing, post-processing, thermal loading, and non-linear analysis using industry-standard CAE tools. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain high-quality FE models using HyperMesh . Perform non-linear thermal and structural analyses using Abaqus . Execute thermal load simulations and evaluate component durability and performance. Conduct result visualization and post-processing using HyperView . Correlate simulation results with design requirements and testing outcomes. Identify critical failure modes and recommend design improvements. Work closely with design, product development, and validation teams. Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders. Support product development activities within automotive programs. Mandatory Skills Strong experience with HyperWorks Suite HyperMesh HyperView Hands-on expertise in Abaqus Experience in Thermal Load Analysis Knowledge of: Non-linear FEA Contact Analysis Material Non-linearity Thermal-Structural Coupled Simulations Understanding of automotive engineering fundamentals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with MSC Nastran Exposure to Automotive Exhaust Systems Experience in Powertrain, Emission, or Thermal Management components Knowledge of durability and thermo-mechanical simulations
