About the role
Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models and assemblies for exhaust systems including pipes, brackets, heat shields and catalyst housings Prepare production drawings with GDT and tolerance specifications Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure assembly fit and function Participate in DFMEA discussions and support risk identification Support packaging feasibility studies within vehicle constraints Manage engineering changes and design updates through PLM workflows Coordinate with CAE and system engineering teams for design validation Support prototype builds and incorporate feedback into design updates Participate in technical design reviews and engineering discussions Ensure compliance with company CAD standards and modeling practices
