About the role
Position Name: - DVA Engineer Educational Qualification:- B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design) The DVA Engineer is responsible for Dimensional Variation Analysis, GDT and Tolerance stack up for ongoing and new projects Job Responsibilities: DVA Engineer creates and maintains DVA models representing the assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle. He will be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer. Technical Skills:- Experience in Chassis Body Components/Interior Trim/Exterior Trim Domains Good working knowledge of 2D 3D Tolerance Stack up Analysis Good knowledge understanding of GDT Standard (preferred ASME Y14.5) Hand on Experience in any of the variation analysis software Knowledge of Fixture / Tool Design, Facility and Assembly Process preferred Development Support for Primary Locating Points
