Functional Area R&D, Design & Development BIW Position Design Engg (BIW & TRIMS) Education B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production) Experience 4 to 6 Years Location Pune Role Design & Development-Interior Trims Industry Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Auto Components Desired Qualities 1 Thourogh Knowledge CATIA 2 knowledge GD&T, Stack Up analysis 3 Knowledge DFMEA/DVP 4 Thorough domain knowledge & In depth analysis capability 5 Thourogh Knowledge PLM - Team Center TCE & TCUA 6 Excellent communications & Presentation skills 7 Good interpersonal skills. 8 Good team member. 9 Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions 10 participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) 11 Should have good knowledge of Product design, Plastic & soft trims in Interiors 12 Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking 13 Proficient in TCE and TC
