Paint Process Engineer

Job Description: You will be working as a Paint Shop - Design Engineer with the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: As a Paint Shop - Design Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks such as Paint Shop layout, Cycle time study, Define Process flow and Documentation, BOM, Workstation design, Layout flow and simulation, Concept Design, Technical Specification, Time estimations, and Cost target adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Paint Shop Process Planning - Quality Checks as per Standards - Deliverable sign-off - Process Planning and layout reviews with Customer - Customer prescribed Documentation - Knowledge Sharing and documentation Qualification Required: - B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design - Technical Skills in Paint Shop, Tool and Hanger Design, Painting process, Sealant, chemicals and consumables, tools and guns for painting, Various Automotive Standards - Tool Skills in Catia V5, NX, AutoCAD, MS Projects - Experience of 3 to 5 years Please note that the job involves technical skills related to Paint Shop design and layout, as well as coordination with customers for process planning and documentation.
