About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team at TATA TECHNOLOGIES LTD., in the Cement industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and be able to optimize production processes for efficiency and quality. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve existing products and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. Conduct experiments and tests to validate new processes and ensure product quality. Analyze data and results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to production teams. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the cement industry. Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices. Experience with process optimization and control systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
