Role description Bachelor's degree in mechanical / Aeronautical / Material or other relevant Engineering discipline with Min. 5 years of Repair development or repair design experiences. Technical Expertise: oWell versed in Rolls-Royce Repair Schemes designs, application of engine manuals and Cleaning and inspection chapter, Special Process Manuals and Overhaul process. oDemonstrated knowledge and experience in Rolls-Royce Component Repair processes oGood understanding of manufacturing and inspection tools and processes used in the repair industry, such as heat treat, thermal spray, glass bead & shot peening, arc welding, Wide Gap brazing, machining, etc. oKnowledge of GD&T, tool/fixture design and applications in repair.oGood to have expertise in Nozzle Guide Vanes and Stator Vanes repair. The performance of the onsite engineer will be evaluated based on: oTimeliness and quality of repair schemes developed. oFeedback from team members and stakeholders. oCompliance with regulatory and internal
