Sr Team Lead

To lead the team for Design Development of Exterior Trims. He should be able to understand overall Exterior Trims, design & development process & activities involved at every stages of Program. He must be able to guides the team to achive required project deliverables. He need to monitors the project schedule, Cost & targets. Reporting to Delivery Manager and creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage Function requires interaction with Customers, Team Lead and Project / Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Engagement Manager, team members, partners and exterior trim vendors. CAD modeling and 3D annotations of exterior trims components and assemblies ensuring timely delivery at every milestones as per Project time plan and the schedule assigned by Project lead.
