About the role
Location Pune Exp-9-15 years Qualification - BE E&TC, Electronics, Electrical Job Responsibilities:
BE E&TC, Electronics (Automobile domain preferred) Strong understanding of Automotive systems(ECU, Networks, Diagnostics) and hands-on experience in engineering tool integration and Automation, Customization, backend development, and DevOps
Capability to translate business/process needs into technical solutions by working closely with Engineering Teams
Support toolchain alignment with Systems Engineering processes
Drive key digitalization,PoC initiatives pertaining to E&E Toolchains, Systems, Platforms.
Shall possess overall experience of 10-15 years with a minimum of 5 years in backend development using Java, Python, C++; Min. 3 years in Solution architecting role in implementing E&E/ECAD Process Integrations and Customization, MBSE, DevOps Pipeline implementation for Automotive Embedded ECU Software.
This role requires someone who can bridge Automotive E&E domain engineering with Software and infrastructure, enabling efficient engineering workflows and digital transformational initiatives
Work closely with Engineering Teams to devise toolchain integration, technical, and solution architecture.
To provide technical guidance to Junior Developers and Support Engineers in development of interfaces, integrations, and customization for different E&E Tools viz. Capital Harness Design, PREEvision;ALM/MBSE Tools viz. IBM Rational stack, Codebeamer, JIRA;DevOps Tools viz. GitLab, JFrog, Docker, SonarQube etc.
Drive key customer digital transformation initiatives in E&E domain.
Development technical solution architecture for enriching current ECAD processes.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams(IT + Business)
