About the role
· Minimum - Bachelor's degree or equivalent i Mechanical /Aerospace /Structural Engineering Preferably – ME or MTech with a specialization in Design and/or structures. Experience of Aerospace seating design & aircraft assembly line. Experience on Aerospace manufacturing processes and Industrial standard. Good knowledge on creation of Guidelines, Project Lean Design Roadmap Experience in developing the templates and standards to be used in the Industrial Process & innovative solutions.
Knowledge of Aerospace design standards Knowledge of stress analysis on seating interior products Knowledge of certification & flammability requirements will be preferrable. Knowledge of change control, product definition and change management processes Knowledge of change control, product definition and change management processes. Proficiency in use of various modules of CATIA V5, ENOVIA & Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE is preferable. Worked with Global Aero Clients Proven project management capability demonstrated by recent delivery in line with time, cost, quality & attribute targets. Good presentation & Project management skills to drive the performance KPIs & improvements proactively. Good Understanding of Industrial assembly for Aerospace manufacturing industry.
