Associate Architect Data Operations Engineer

Lead and mentor an offshore Data Ops team- define roles, set goals, manage performance Hands-on incident leadership- personally join critical data incidents, triage issues, guide root-cause analysis, and validate fixes before escalation Own end-to-end data operations- plan workflows, allocate tasks, manage capacity/shifts, and ensure coverage for 24/7 pipelines Troubleshoot complex pipeline failures, configuration issues, and data quality problems; provide technical solutions and coding fixes when needed Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices across the offshore team Coordinate with onshore Data Ops team to align priorities, manage expectations, and resolve blockers Monitor operational metrics (pipeline success rates, data quality, SLA adherence) and report to onshore Data Ops management Drive tooling and platform improvements- evaluate new technologies, configure CI/CD, and implement automation to reduce manual work.
