Data Operations - Associate Architect

Location - Bangalore Shift- Rotational Hybrid (3days WFO) Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the offshore Data Operations team, setting goals and driving performance. Own end-to-end data operations and ensure smooth execution of critical data pipelines. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues. Troubleshoot pipeline failures, data quality issues, and configuration problems. Define and enforce data governance standards and operational best practices. Collaborate with onshore teams to align priorities and resolve operational blockers. Monitor operational KPIs, including SLA adherence, data quality, and pipeline health. Drive automation, CI/CD improvements, and platform optimization initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, or Data Platform Support. Strong experience managing production data pipelines and operational support teams. Hands-on expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution. Strong SQL and Python scripting/programming skills. Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks , data pipeline orchestration, and platform monitoring. Experience with cloud platforms ( Azure preferred) Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, data governance, and operational best practices. Experience with SLA monitoring, data quality management, and performance optimization. Strong stakeholder management, onshore/offshore coordination, and team leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support-driven environment.
