About the role
Salesforce SSE with 5-7yrs hands-on expertise in Leading Salesforce integrations and Agentforce implementations. Drives solution Design, Development, and optimization aligned with business and platform best practices. Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy Salesforce solutions using Agentforce implementation. Lead a small group of Salesforce Developers in building Salesforce Agents using Agentforce Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across Salesforce environments. Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely fixes and root cause analysis. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
