About the role
As a Customer Support - Technical Voice for the US process, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to customers in the US and Canada. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, printer, and router issues remotely. - Utilizing remote access tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and UltraViewer. - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers (all major types/models), routers and networking devices, as well as basic Windows operating systems and related software. - Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions in a professional manner. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills and qualifications: - Excellent communication and USA customer-handling skills. - Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting, printer installation and troubleshooting, router setup and configuration, as well as computer hardware and software support. Please note that the compensation for this position ranges from 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month.
