The ideal candidate will have experience leading Salesforce teams and implementing large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams.Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.Utilize version control tools like GitHub for source code management.Work with Flows, Process Builder, and Data Loader to automate processes.Ensure best practices in CI/CD, performance tuning, and scalability. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud with hands-on development and configuration.3+ years in a senior or leadership role, managing Salesforce teams and projects.Strong experience with Apex, LWC, API integrations, and automation tools.Proven track record in large-scale Salesforce implementations.Expertise in version control tools like GitHub. .
