Acerca del rol Buscamos un Ingeniero de Preventa especializado en Palo Alto Networks, responsable de liderar la parte técnica durante el ciclo comercial, ayudando a diseñar, presentar y posicionar soluciones de ciberseguridad alineadas con las necesidades del cliente. Este rol combina conocimiento técnico avanzado en ciberseguridad + habilidades de comunicación y presentación, actuando como enlace clave entre el equipo comercial, el cliente y el fabricante. Responsabilidades principales Analizar los requerimientos técnicos y de negocio de los clientes. Diseñar soluciones de ciberseguridad basadas en Palo Alto Networks alineadas a las necesidades del cliente. Participar activamente en el ciclo de preventa, apoyando al equipo comercial en: Presentaciones técnicas Demos de producto Pruebas de concepto (POC) Posicionamiento de soluciones Traducir requerimientos del cliente en arquitecturas técnicas viables. Brindar asesoría experta en seguridad de red, firewalls, cloud security y SecOps. Colaborar con fabricantes (Palo Alto Networks), partners y equipos internos. Participar en reuniones con clientes, workshops técnicos y eventos de la industria. Apoyar en el diseño de propuestas técnicas (RFP/RFI). Mantenerse actualizado en nuevas tecnologías, soluciones y certificaciones de Palo Alto. Requisitos 3 a 5+ años de experiencia en ciberseguridad o seguridad de red. Experiencia comprobable en preventa técnica o roles con interacción directa con clientes. Experiencia sólida con tecnologías de Palo Alto Networks. Conocimiento avanzado en: Firewalls (NGFW) Seguridad de red Arquitectura de ciberseguridad Capacidad de presentar soluciones técnicas a clientes (nivel técnico y ejecutivo). Experiencia participando en ciclos de venta de soluciones tecnológicas. Habilidades de comunicación, storytelling técnico y manejo de objeciones. Proactividad, enfoque consultivo y orientación a resultados. Disponibilidad para viajar y asistir a eventos/clientes. Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado. Deseable Certificaciones de Palo Alto Networks, como: Network Security Professional SecOps Professional Experiencia con: Cortex (XDR, XSOAR, etc.) CyberArk Seguridad en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experiencia trabajando con fabricantes, partners o integradores.
