Einsatzgebiet Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik:

Das Motto für den/die Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe/in heißt → Kunststoff in Form bringen.

Bei uns im Hause ist er/sie in der Vorfertigung im Einsatz. Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen richten Spritzmaschinen ein und neben der Produktion bist du ebenfalls für die Qualitätskontrolle zuständig und schaust regelmäßig, ob denn dein aktuelles Produkt die Qualitätsstandards unseres Unternehmens erfüllt. In der Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) lernst du, wie man Metalle und Kunststoffe durch Feilen, Sägen, Bohren und Biegen bearbeitet.. Auch Hydraulik- und Pneumatik-Schaltungen werden von dir nach Schaltplan aufgebaut und geprüft. Dein zentrales Aufgabengebiet ist dann das Steuern und Bedienen von Spritzgießmaschinen und Roboteranlagen mit Hilfe der EDV-Technik.

Im Einzelnen umfasst das hauptsächlich, folgenden Aufgaben:

Prozessabläufe steuern und kontrollieren

Arbeitsabläufe koordinieren

Technische Geräte, Maschinen einstellen, bedienen und überwachen

Maschinenlauf aufmerksam beobachten, um Funktionsstörungen frühzeitig zu erkennen

Funktionsstörungen an den Maschinen sowie Störungen beheben

Fertige bzw. hergestellte Produkte abtransportieren

Parameter- und Produktionsdaten für den Maschinen- und Materiallauf ständig überprüfen

Ablauf und Berufsschule:

Du startest mit der Grundausbildung „Metall“ und lernst anschließend die Fachbereiche Werkzeugbau, Produktion und Spritzerei kennen. In der Berufsschule in Waiblingen erwarten dich vor allem die Fächer Berufliche Kompetenz, Wirtschaftskompetenz, Projektkompetenz, Gemeinschaftskunde, Deutsch und Englisch.
