Job Overview Establishes program metrics, monitors the programs and projects to improve products and processes, and aligns them with the business strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Tebit Strategy & Value Stream Planning *Plan annual Tebit initiatives (including Digital Value Creation projects) through value streams to support 通过价值流规划并推进年度Tebit改善项目（包括数字化价值创造项目），以支持工厂及业务部门的持续改善与降本目标。

2. Tebit Project Execution & Kaizen Leadership *Lead and coordinate Tebit and KAIZEN projects to deliver validated financial savings and operational improvements. 主导并协调Tebit及KAIZEN改善项目的实施，确保改善成果转化为经财务确认的成本节约，并实现运营绩效的持续提升。

3. TEOA Capability Building & Culture Promotion *Promote TEOA culture by training and coaching value stream teams 通过对价值流（ValueStream）团队开展系统化的TEOA工具、精益方法及数字化改善能力的培训与辅导，持续提升团队的问题解决能力和持续改善意识，推动TEOA文化在现场和管理层的落地与内化。

4. VS Transformation Standardization & CIP Deployment *Standardize and sustain TEOA Value Stream Transformation through KAIZEN implementation and Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) deployment 通过KAIZEN改善项目实施及持续改善计划（CIP）的系统化部署，推动TEOA价值流转型过程的标准化与制度化，确保改善成果在价值流内可复制、可持续，并有效防止改善回弹。

5. Digital Factory Enablement & Project Coordination *Support deployment of Digital Factory tools and coordinate BU/cross‑functional 支持数字化工厂相关工具和系统在持续改善及TEOA项目中的导入与应用，协调BU及跨职能资源，确保数字化解决方案有效支撑业务需求，并推动以数据驱动的持续改善和运营绩效提升。

What your background should look like

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement, with solid hands‑on application of Lean tools and methodologies; experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred. （具备 5 年以上精益制造/持续改善相关经验，熟练应用精益工具；电子行业经验优先。）
2. College degree or above, with strong proficiency in English, including excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. （for technical documentation, training materials, and internal communication.） （大专及以上学历，具备优秀的英语阅读,书写和口语沟通能力。）
3. Proven experience in project management, including leading or coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver improvement initiatives and business results. （具备项目管理经验，能够领导或协调跨职能团队推进改善项目并达成目标。）
4. Strong logical thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to assess problems, identify root causes, and determine appropriate improvement actions. （具备良好的逻辑思考与分析能力，能够有效评估问题并制定适当的改善对策。）
