Job Description:

Job Requirements

Continuous quality improvement

Customer communication

Close collaboration with functions such as Production, Quality, Product Management, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, and Engineering, including coordination and management of meetings and handling customer-related topics

Preparation of investigation documentation and 8D reports, including implementation and tracking of corrective actions

Reporting to management and relevant stakeholders

Preparation of analyses and evaluations

Customer communication and internal coordination

Root cause analysis for continuous product improvement

Leading problem-solving meetings

Conducting audits

Supporting production lines

What your background should look like

Degree or technical qualification (preferred)

Typically a minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience

Experience handling critical customer issues

Knowledge of electrical engineering

Audit experience

Knowledge of the 8D methodology

Passion for quality-related topics and willingness to pursue further development

Strong communication skills, combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
