Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT‑Betriebs inkl. 1st/2nd‑Level‑Support

Steuerung von Incident-, Problem- und Serviceprozessen

Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Datensicherheit und Backups

Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT‑Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Security)

Planung und Umsetzung von System‑Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekten

IT‑Asset‑ und Lifecycle‑Management

Aufbau und Pflege von IT‑Dokumentation und Notfallkonzepten

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern

What your background should look like

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT‑Umfeld

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT‑Betrieb / IT‑Infrastruktur

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Client‑Management und Netzwerken

Erfahrung in IT‑Security, Backup‑ und Berechtigungskonzepten

Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse
