Job Description:

Job Description Responsibilities:

Participate in PRD (Product Requirements Document) review as early involvement activity.

Participate in product DFM review.

To initiate and establish MTP (Manufacturing Test Plan) - Develop & determine test requirement (including test equipment & fixture planning)

Prototype RF measurement, verification and validation

Responsible for test jigs and fixtures kick off and DFM with supplier.

Responsible to establish manufacturing documents (SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan) on test related processes

Responsibility to participate on DVT and PVT build and RF measurement.

Failure Analysis Corrective Action Planning (FACA)

CPK and GR&R Analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or software engineering

• 5+ yrs. Experiences in assembly process development, automation development or product design/development experience

• Basic knowledge of new product development processes and workflow

• Basic knowledge or experience in RF field

• Proficiency in using RF test equipment (vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer) an advantage

• Basic knowledge of electronics and Arduino-based hardware

• Familiar with programming concepts (C#/.NET preferrable)

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.
