Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortlich für den Fertigungsprozess inkl. zugrunde liegender chemischer Prozesse, die Umsetzung bewährter Praktiken und analytischer Verfahren zur Gewährleistung der Produktqualität sowie die Überwachung und Einhaltung der erforderlichen Sicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien

Technische Verantwortung für Planung, Weiterentwicklung, Inbetriebnahme, Auslegung und Funktionsweisen der Maschinen/Werkzeuge, sowie die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen und Werkzeug.

Problemlösung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Serien-Produktionsprozessen im Bereich Galvanik.

Planung & Umsetzung von neuen Serienanläufen bis hin zur Übergabe an Serienproduktion

PDCA von neuen Prozessen und Technologien, hinsichtlich Kosteneinsparung und Technologieentwicklung

Definition und Umsetzung von standardisierten Galvanikprozessen/ -abläufen

Leitung von Technologie-Projekten im Bereich Galvanik

Ihr Profil:

Hochschulabschluss in Chemieingenieurwesen, Oberflächentechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Industrie oder verwandte Bereiche

Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Galvanik und Beschichtungstechnologie

Experte in Bereich Galvanik und Beschichtungstechnologie

Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Problemlösungsmethoden

Selbstständiger, analytischer und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1)

Gute Kenntnisse über Selektivbeschichtung

Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Reel-to-Reel Plating
